Preparation in the oven or in the microwave
- Remove the carton from the tray and prick the film.
- Put the Dish in the preheated Oven and heat it for 8-15 min with 160 °C to 180 °C circulating air or in the microwave with 600 Watt for around 3-6 min. The grill function should not be switched on. Afterwards let it cool down for one minute.
- Remove the film carefully. Stir it up and prepare it as you wish on a plate.

Preparation in the pan
Put the Thai Curry and the Rice with a bit of oil in a pan and heat while stiring for around 8-10 min. Upon need add 2-3 table spoons of water. Serve it hot afterwards.
